QCX-steel workshop -w-22
QCX
This project was completed by our company in 2021. The project includes multiple individual units such as office buildings, processing factories, storage warehouses, and logistics warehouses, and will be completed in two phases. Currently in use.
Fast Construction: Steel structures are typically prefabricated in factories and assembled on-site, significantly reducing construction time.
Cost Efficiency: Although the initial investment might be higher, the reduced construction time and labor costs make it cost-effective in the long run.
Flexibility: Steel structures are easily expandable and adaptable to changing needs, making them ideal for food processing facilities that may require frequent modifications.
Durability and Safety: Steel structures offer excellent resistance to seismic activity and wind. Additionally, steel is non-combustible, which helps in mitigating fire risks.
Small Food Processing Units: Quick to build and suitable for SMEs or emerging markets.
Large Integrated Food Processing Facilities: Flexible zoning makes them ideal for large-scale production and multiple product lines.
